About Recording
How often does it take photos?
By default, it automatically captures every 30 seconds. You can
change the interval in the Savespace app, and you can also
capture whenever you like.
How long does the battery last?
With auto capture every 30 seconds, it runs for up to 12 hours
on a full charge.
Do I need a dedicated app to view or search my captures?
Yes. With the Savespace app for iPhone or iPad, you can browse,
search, and ask AI questions.
Where is captured data stored?
Saveclip has 16GB of built-in storage, where photos are
temporarily saved. During charging, photos are automatically
uploaded to the Savespace app and managed there.
Does Saveclip record audio?
No, it does not record audio. It is designed with privacy in
mind.
Does Saveclip record video instead of photos?
Saveclip is a photo device. It does not support video recording.
Usage & Warranty
Can I attach it somewhere other than clothing? Do you recommend any clip positions?
Yes. You can clip it to clothing, bags, backpacks, straps, and
more. Clipping it near the neck or chest gives a more natural
viewpoint.
Can I use it in the rain?
Yes, Saveclip is splash-resistant and safe to use in the rain.
It is not waterproof, so please avoid submersion.
Is there a warranty for Saveclip?
Yes. Saveclip purchased from our official site comes with a
3-month manufacturer warranty from the shipping date. If a
defect occurs under normal use, we will repair or replace it
free of charge. If it has been disassembled or modified, or if
proof of purchase cannot be provided, the service may be paid.
